Roof renovation, repair & maintenance
As a master roofing company, we renovate and repair flat– and pitched roofs in whole or in part—for example, after storm damage. We also comply with the German Building Energy Act (GEG) and are happy to install your roof in accordance with KfWguidelines. We also take care of maintenance and gutter work, of course.
Weather- and root-resistant flat roofs
A 2% slope allows rainwater to drain off flat roofs instead of pooling on them. If you wish, we can install walkable PUR insulation for roof terraces or root- and weather-resistant Alwitra membrane for green roofing.
Energy-efficient pitched roofs
Pitched roofs are exposed to wind and weather for decades—and a poorly insulated roof can also lead to energy loss. We renovate and improve pitched roofs for energy efficiency as well, and use quality roof tiles from Nelskamp and Braas—we are an authorized specialist partner.
Beautiful, modern roofs all around
A roof should not only be watertight, but also look just right. Our architectural sheet metal workers clad chimneys, roof edges and parapets with natural slate, Resoplan / Resopal, or sheet metal such as aluminum and zinc-titanium. The standing seam technique creates a particularly modern look.
